I offer brief individual online therapy services geared towards the resolution of mental and emotional health issues associated with burnout and compassion fatigue in order to improve your overall functioning and well-being.

Counseling sessions are conducted through a secure and HIPAA compliant online counseling tele-health platform that you will have access to at the time of your appointment.

During our sessions, I will employ the use of solution-oriented interventions directly targeting areas identified through an in-depth assessment and implemented into an individualized treatment plan.
